Deep Tissue Massage

This technique's uses light to strong pressures focusing on redirecting deeper facial components.  Deep tissue helps relieve muscle spasms, chronic pain, improves circulation and reduces adhesions.  Deep tissue therapy is not for everyone.  Talk to your therapist for details.

Swedish Massage

This technique is more common in massage therapy.  Swedish massage is combined with petrissage, kneading, vibrations, friction and percussion, using long, flowing strokes with fluid motions.  Swedish massage is used to help relieve stress, ease muscle soreness and promote healing.  This is perfect for everyone.

Trigger Point Therapy

Trigger points are areas of the body that are relieved by using direct pressure and manipulation.  This is a muscle energy technique used to "release" an area that can refer pain elsewhere.  Trigger point therapy can help break cycles of spasm and pain.

Sports Massage

This technique uses combinations of deep tissue, trigger point and flexibility to help relieve tissue and muscle pain in addition to increasing circulation.  Not just for professional athletes!

Flexibility and Stretching

Flexibility can be directly related to back and neck pain.  These techniques are used with massage to improve flexibility of muscles, tendons, and ligaments.  This in turn helps ease muscles soreness and increases range of motion, to prevent injuries and pain from everyday activities.
